Para facilitar el uso de esta plataforma se ha creado una ficha practica y con todos con pasos similares, si aprendes a crear un estimado podrás crear cualquier tipo de documento, luego de seguir los pasos descritos en la guía de inicio rápido ya estarás listo para enviar estimados o facturas, el proceso es muy simple.

Comenzar a crear todos los estimados que desees, guardarlos, editarlos, enviarlos o borrarlos es muy sencillo, cuando tu cliente acepta los cargos que envías, automáticamente tiene acceso a la factura para poder realizar el pago. Te ayudaremos a comenzar, puedes ir a la pestaña de estimados en la parte superior derecha se encuentra el botón para crear un estimado

Paso 1: se abrirá el formulario para iniciar, recuerda que los campos de este paso se autocompleta con los datos de tu perfil, puedes editarlos si deseas cambiar algo, con esta información se rellenara el documento electrónico personalizado que recibirá tu cliente, si quieres guardar datos de tu negocio puedes hacerlo con solo completar la sección de empresa.

Paso 2: lo siguiente es completar los datos de tu cliente, tienes la opción de guardar los registros de todos tus clientes y seleccionarlo en esta ficha para auto rellenar los campos o escribir los datos manualmente sin ningún problema, estos datos serán ocupados para aparecer en el documento digital.

Paso 3: el paso tres es crear el cuerpo de la factura, la descripción de todos los cargos y presentar todos los cálculos necesarios, encontraras el dato neto ( el total ) que podrás retirar a tu cuenta de banco cuando lo desees desde tu billetera digital, puedes crear tantos items (productos) desees.

Paso 4: revisa la información, confirma tus datos, los de tu cliente y todos los cargos de la factura, si todo se encuentra bien puedes guardar el registro para enviarlo luego o guardar y enviarlo en ese mismo momento, tu cliente recibirá un email con su estimado un documento electrónico con el que podrá realizar su pago de forma rápida y simple.

Configuración Inicial

Genial gracias por abrir una cuenta con nosotros, para poder comenzar a ocupar el sistema solo debes hacer una configuración inicial no tomara mucho tiempo, estos datos serán tratados por Stripe una plataforma que permite administrar tus pagos con gran seguridad, será muy sencillo
